Prices and Information

The prices are per day and per apartment. The local tax of 1,40 Euro per person is not included in the price (from 14 years).
For stays under three nights, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge of 10% on the above prices.
The cost of the obligatory final cleaning is of 50,00 Euro.

Check-in & Check-out.

On the day of arrival, your apartment is available from 15:00. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 09:30. If you should arrive after 20:00 o’clock, we ask for a short phone call. Late
check out on the day of departure is only possible by arrangement.

Booking confirmation

Your stay will be definitively confirmed when you receive an e-mail confirmation from us.
Too make your holiday reservation binding, we ask you for a deposit of 30% of the total price of
of the stay.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by providing your credit card number.

Cancellations

Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel your stay.

• There is no charge for cancellations up to 60 days before arrival.
• For cancellations between 59 and 15 days before arrival, we charge 30% of the booked travel price.
• For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booked travel price

In the event of last-minute cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, we charge 100% of the total amount.

Pet-friendly

We are happy to welcome your four-legged friend in our vacation home. Please note that we charge 15,00 Euro per day (without food).

No smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the whole house.
