The Apartment “Lavarella” is a 35m 2 large one-room apartment. It is located on the first floor and has a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a sofa bed and a kitchenette.
The apartments are equipped with modern, energy-efficient appliances: dishwasher, hotplate, coffee maker with filter, mocha, refrigerator, and TV. Ciasa Willy is
also equipped with the GRANDER® water revitalizer, which naturally brings the water to a very high,
stable and biologically valuable quality.
The garden of the house is available for the guests. Here you can relax, unwind and enjoy
some carefree fun moments or an aperitif at sunset. Every single detail creates a warm and cozy
atmosphere that will make you feel like at home.
Prices and Information
The prices are per day and per apartment for two people. The local tax of 1,40 Euro per person
is not included in the price (from 14 years).
For stays under three nights, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge of 10% on the above prices.
The cost of the obligatory final cleaning is 50,00 Euro.

Check-in & Check-out.
On the day of arrival, your apartment is available from 15:00. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 09:30. If you should arrive after 20:00 o’clock, we ask for short phone call. Late
check out on the day of departure is only possible by arrangement.
